REFUND POLICY

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns can be done within 7days after purchase. After 10days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When do I receive my refund after returns?

Once your returns as been confirmed received by us, your bank account will be credited within 3 to 5 business days

What if I do not receive my refund within the stipulated period above?

Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you did this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thmilux@gmail.com

What happens if my item is defective or damaged?

We pride ourselves in creating quality products and want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience as well as love the products they receive. If you experience any damages to your order, please contact us so we can replace items if they are defective or damaged when received

Where do I send my returns to and who is responsible for the cost of shipping?

To return your product, you should mail your product to 5554 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 500 -1410 Hyattsville, MD 20781.You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
